Dana DeLorenzo Interview

Jamie and Shawn had the special privilege to speak with Dana DeLorenzo about her breakout role as Kelly on Ash Vs The Evil Dead, unusual auditions, her historic eight seconds in A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, her love for her fellow cast, and her future projects. Dana proved to be a champion ballbuster as Jamie was put in his place and Shawn will now forever have to alter the way he asks questions. In addition, Dana graces the interviewers with some lovely celebrity impressions, speaks about celebrating originality in film, and dishes on what viewers can expect for Ash Vs The Evil Dead Season Two. Will Pablo and Kelly finally act on their mutual affection for one another next season? Only Dana knows for sure.

Dana DeLorenzo began acting as a child in radio commercials. Her first paid acting job was performing in a weekly cabaret-style dinner show when she was 11 years old. She was also a cast member and dance captain in Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding in Chicago. Dana worked as a producer and portrayed Marissa Sanchez on nationally syndicated radio show Mancow’s Morning Madhouse for a number of years and she was a regular on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson as Beth the Executive. Besides Dana’s her role as Kelly on Starz’s Ash Vs The Evil Dead, she has previously appeared in the television shows Californication, 2 Broke Girls, Barely Famous, Impress Me, Workaholics, and she will be appearing in the upcoming film The Mad Ones.

If you enjoyed Dana DeLorenzo as Kelly in Ash Vs The Evil Dead, you can see her in the upcoming film The Mad Ones and you should tune in to see her on the new season of Ash Vs the Evil Dead debuting on the Starz’s network on October 2, 2016.
